New Account Setup

To set up a new Water and Sewer Account, please fill out the Online Account Set Up Form, or you can also contact the Utilities Clerk by telephone 519-482-3997 ext. 1239 or by email: utilities@centralhuron.com.

Information required to open a Water & Sewer account:

• Property & Mailing Address
• Legal Closing Date
• Name(s) that will appear on the bill
• Phone number and email (if applicable)

There will be a one-time account registration fee of $35.00 that will be invoiced to you on your first bi-monthly Water and Sewer Bill. In addition, there will be a $210.00 ($120 for water services only) deposit fee upon account set up. This fee can be waived with a credit reference letter provided from a former Utilities Company.
