Water and Sewer Financial Plan

Central Huron council approved an updated Water and Sewer Financial Plan at the June 21, 2021 council meeting. The Water and Sewer Financial Plan has been prepared to meet the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002 (SDWA) and to ensure financial sustainability.  The plan is also available in hard copy at the Town Hall, 23 Albert Street, Clinton, Ontario.

The Municipality of Central Huron intends to control noxious weeds along the following municipal roadsides through spot spraying where noxious weeds have been identified:

  • Sandhill Line – Hullett-McKillop Road to County Road 25
  • Limekiln Line – County Road 8 to County Road 25

Albert Street Reconstruction Project Approved for 2021

Central Huron is pleased to share that Albert Street in Clinton will be receiving an extensive facelift this summer beginning mid to late June, and requiring four to six months to complete. The project is being jointly undertaken by Huron County and Central Huron.
