Significant Weather Event - Dec. 29, 2025

Please be advised that the Municipality of Central Huron is dealing with winter storm conditions based on weather forecasts and observations.

In accordance with O Reg 239/2 Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways a Significant Weather Event is being declared in Central Huron start at 2025-12-29 at 7:00 AM and continuing until further notice.

All roads owned and maintained by the Municipality of Central Huron may receive reduced service due to inclement weather. Winter maintenance shall be performed as it is safe to do so.

Users of Central Huron Roads are Advised to Avoid Unnecessary Travel and to Use Extra Caution if Doing So
