Tax and Zoning Certificates
Tax and zoning certificates are issued upon request to anyone requiring certified information on the status of a property tax account. Costs are:
- $50 per Tax certificate
- $75 per Zoning certificate ($100 for rush orders)
Payment can be made online via PaySimply or by cheque made payable to the Municipality of Central Huron.
Tax certificate requests, along with a copy of the PaySimply receipt or proof of cheque, can be emailed to taxes [at] centralhuron.com (taxes[at]centralhuron[dot]com).
Zoning certificate requests, along with a copy of the PaySimply receipt or proof of cheque, can be emailed to planning [at] centralhuron.com (planning[at]centralhuron[dot]com).
Once the tax or zoning certificate request has been submitted, please promptly forward payment to:
