Notice to Pass a By-Law (To Stop Up and Close Unopened Road Allowance)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central Huron proposes to enact a by-law to stop up and close the unopened road allowance north of Hwy 8 between Falls Road and Benmiller Line described as follows:
The Unopened Road Allowance between Lots 1-2, Plan 546 and Lots 14-18, Concession B, Goderich Twp; Municipality of Central Huron – PIN 41450-0062.

The proposed by-law and supporting information for the road closure to which the by-law would apply may be seen by making an appointment with the Municipality of Central Huron Municipal Office, during regular office hours.
The proposed by-law will come before Council for consideration of First and Second Reading at its regular meeting of Council to be held the 20th day of July, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.  At that time Council will hear in person, or by his/her counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims his/her land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
